Many people have found that losing 10 percent of their body weight results in improvement.

All of these will alkalize your stomach acids....google alkalizing/acidic foods and you will be provided a list of what you should consider.  The American diet is usually 80% acidic/20% alkalized.....it should be just the opposite!
