I’m considering several products from LEF to assist incontrolling FBG levels.  I’ve read all the brief reviews about the products, and they seem effective, but would like to solicit comments about users experiences. Following are the products on my shopping list.  Feel free to suggest others.

Super-R-Lipoic Acid

CinSulin

Benfotiamine

CoffeeGenic

My FBG is about 130, I’m on a highly restricted low-carb diet (I avoid even powdered Splenda and the like because of the maltodextrin), am in constant ketosis and I take metformin. I assumed ketosis would ‘cure’diabetes, and it did lower my FBG, but not enough.  I’m hoping that with time and weight loss FBG will return tonormal, but would like a short cut if any of these products work.

Thanks!

Have you considered going vegan?

I'm quite hostile to vegan diets, Andy.

As an update, I've ordered the first three products and skipped the CoffeGenic.  I've just started taking the Cinsulin at bedtime to prevent high morning (fasting) FBG.  One didn't do anything, but two seemed to stabilize it (but that's only been one day).  However, through diet alone my FBG seems to have stepped down to less than 120.

I haven't tried the other products--will do so when I figure out the value of the Cinsulin.
