What are some diets, supplements and drugs that people have been using or heard that really work?

Welcome to the Forums, jiesel.

By "work" do you mean enable one to see or feel immediate benefits?

Have you looked into LDA Immunotherapy? There are a number of physicians around the country using this protocol.

See http://www.lef.org/protocols/gastrointestinal/inflammatory_bowel_disease_01.htm for more information, including a list of supplements on page 7 http://www.lef.org/protocols/gastrointestinal/inflammatory_bowel_disease_07.htm

Have received positive feedback regarding the use of aloe vera juice in a couple of patients with inflammatory bowel disease, but the aloe needs to be purified to remove irritants.
