The 2-page ad for PQQ in the LEF Magazine advises 20mg of PQQ for a variety of health benefits. Yet LEF's Mitochondrial Energy Optimizer product offers a dosage of only 10 mg of PQQ. Are MEO users like myself being shortchanged from the benefits of PQQ?

There is benefit at a lower dose.  An optimal dose would be 20 mg according to Life Extension.

I recently switched from the 10 mg (stand-alone) PQQ capsules to the 20 mg, and I think there is an improvement in response!
