Hi,

Is there any difference or benefit to the Two Per Day in the capsule form as opposed to tablet?

Two-Per-Day capsules contain vitamin D3, which may be better utilized than the vitamin D2 in the tablets.  Capsules also break down more rapidly.

Thanks, I think I'll go for the capsules as one of the reviewers noted that they also don't have any taste or smell (most multi vits I have tried smell and don't taste very good).
