Hi,

I just got bloodtests bad from my doctor which said I had high levels of cortisol. I´m 32 years of age and have no health issues. What do I do to reduce my cortisol levels?

Answers very much appreciatedSmile

Accupressure mats also claim to reduce cortisol.  You can get one on amazon for under $30, sometimes less.  They feel ouchy the first couple of minutes, then you fall into deep relaxation and may even sleep.

thanks, pretty depressive reading though.

So conclusion is taking phosphatidylserine, DHEA, and ginkgo biloba. Do you recomend any spesific products?

Is there anything else I can do? Got to get rid of this ****!

thanks!

I would recommend to learn TM - Transcendental Meditation - scientifically proven technigue that reduce blood pressure, cortisol, and incriese serotonine and other good transmitters. You can`t take supplements whole life but you can learn TM and use it every day for your benefits.

It is only about health but also mental development, relationship and social benefits.

See website TM.org for more info.
