Hi!

At first: Don't panic! Wink

You took 200k per week, that's roughly 28.5k per day. A dose that can be considered safe regarding adverse effects on healthy individuals is 40k per day, so you never were in acute danger.

Your 25-OH-Vit.D supposedly is (or better: was) around 280 ng/ml which is way too high, but is improbable to cause ill effects.

So: Stop taking any Vitamin D for 16 weeks (2 half life cycles), your levels will roughly drop to 70 ng/ml. Then continue supplementing reasonably.

Nevertheless your calcium value should be checked.

And: Always ask your doctor.

Greetings,
Theophrast
