Welcome to the Forums, Bollman.

If you are referring to topical products, my list includes sunscreen, Retin-A, hydroxy acids, exfoliants and antioxidants.  In answer to your question, none of these reverse aging per se, but they can help slow the acumulation of damage that occurs with aging.

Because of my recent increase in niacin intake from 600 mg/day to 1600 mg/day, my muscles got sore, so then I increased my MSM intake from 200 mg/day to 1000 mg/day.  And guess what:  my skin tone and my hair began to look and feel really, really good.  Also, my muscle soreness went away.  So, everyone should consider MSM to counter skin aging.

Does anyone know if you can take MSM if you are allergic to sulfa meds?

Sulphur is contained in a number of foods and is not the same as sulfa drugs that trigger allergies in some people.

Retin-A is applied to the skin at night several minutes after cleansing.  The skin should not be damp.  Sunscreen should be worn during the day.

Alpha or beta hydroxy acids can be used day or night.  Neither should be applied to irritated skin.  Most people benefit from a moisturizer as well.

Retin-A is a prescription drug.  Hydroxy acids are in this product http://www.lef.org/Vitamins-Supplements/Item03188/Living-Skin.html? and others.
