To get the most benefit from PPQ, LEF recommends 20 mg. (See bottom of page 15 of the Super Sale supplement magazine). However, the MEO supplement, the Michrochondrial Basics supplement and the stand-alone PPQ supplement only contain 10mg. Therefore, it might be advisable for those taking MEO or the MB pills to take an additional stand-alone PPQ (10mg) pill. My understanding is that LEF has no plans as of now to increase the dosage of PPQ in its products to 20mg.

Yes, I wondered about that myself after reading the article in the monthly magazine.  Seems like a descrepancy.

It is PQQ, not PPQ.  See http://www.lef.org/Vitamins-Supplements/Item01500/PQQ-Caps-with-BioPQQ.html

Thank you for supporting Life Extension.

I usually take 20 mg/day.  Energy most probably has increased as has mental acuity.  My dad does the same--he is 88 and in a recent to visit he appears to be doing better than before.

I've been on Basics for just a few days and I notice a difference. Mental alertness is up, and energy. I'm just starting so 10 mg I'm taking. Smile  Dave
