Hi,

I would like to hear from guys using this supplement.  Have you seen improvements in your blood test ?

Thanks

Welcome to the Forums, vacson.  By "blood test" do you mean routine blood work?

I've been taking LEF's Super Miraforte for years, two capsules in the morning and two capsules in the evening.  I think it helps keep my testosterone levels high.  It does not lower estrogen levels, however; for that I take DIM and generic Arimidex.

thanks for the feedback.

So it seems that miraforte is more geared toward "libido enhancement"
I am more interested in reducing oestradiol . I have not found articles showing that DIM or I3C  reduces oestradiol blood levels in men.
Arimidex would  work but would be too much for me since i am in the upper normal range  especially for long term use
