Hi All,
thanks for your reply. My life was chaos, stress, smoking, 5 coffes, alcohol, plus excessive sport - high cortisol.
I did testing, everything is fine now but cortisol is high, ACTH went down, my blood pressure fluctuates and sometimes heart rate, but mostly I can keep it in normal range(108/70) or below(99/58), I dont take betablocker because sometimes i have mostly low heart rate 50/55.
What I dont like is anxiety and high nervosity, my anxiety worsen when I quit smoking, I have read also that quit smoking starts chronic stress.I am learning how to breath at the best way, wanna try Qigong. I take vit. C and B complex, it helps, but I started to take some ayurveda herbs, no help at all........i plan to start sun theanine, epimedium, acupuncture,,,I will see
I dont drink coffee and alcohol at the moment.
Doctor recommended also to make metal testing because higher lead toxicity can raise anxiety and panic, then i need to detox

Last months I came trough all possible methods and supplements, Qiqong, breathing Butejka, magnesium, mellisa, gotu kola.......but i still have from time to time blood pressure spikes and tachycardias, when i am under stress or anxiety, also my ACTH is better in testing, only cortisol is bit over the range, according to Traditional chinese medicine i have much Yang and hot inside, i took also herbs but it helps not that much, I also dont take BP or arrytmia meds, i can stop rapid beating with breathing even if this is not easy, in last two months my lowest BP was 90/50 and highest 148/68 and heart rate min was 31 and max 130, what makes me quite anxious because I dont understand it.......as said earlier I drink no coffee, alcohol and dont smoke and have superb food

No personal experience, but it is one way to help train the body to react differently to stress.

Try taking 4 grams of inositol throughout the day.  This will completely destress you.

I have visited many doctors, but they dont know where is the problem, they say it is anxiety, but even if i dont feel anxious, i have these issues.
Which tests should i take, any recommendation?
Thank you
