Please tell me more about yourself.  I am coming up 64 in March and take a lot of supplements, but seem to have aches and pains and get infections easily.  I've done all I know to enhance my immune system to no avail.  Do you have any suggestions?  I can't believe you are so healthy.  Please let me hear from you with your e-mail address so we can e-mail back and forth.  Thanks!

I take a lot of supplements and exercise regularly but still get a cold (I have one right now).  I had a very bad bacterial infection a year ago.  What else can I do to enhance my immune system?  I take a high doseage of Vitamin D3, Vitamin E, grape seed extract, curcumin, probiotics, multivitamin (Dr. Weil), calcium, magnesium, ALA.....any suggestions?

Hi Lil,
Noticed this is an old past of yours, but do you know if the DVD you are speaking about is still available.  I want to start a walking plan and this sounds like what I am looking for.

10,000 steps = 3.4 miles (if one step = 70 cm or 2.3 feet).

I find walking very good to stay fit, but I must say that it does not help much in losing weight. If is simply not enough. To lose weight you need to start eat less.
