well, I have decided to take my health to a new level.Since my heart attack in 2007, I have brought my cholesterol, triglycerides, and glucose to healthy levels. I also went from 220 lbs to 180. I have done this primarily through supplementation and nutrition. I have found what I believe to be an excellent antiaging Doc in Newberry, Ohio. I have self injected once a week for 5 weeks now with testosterone cypionate and the doc is monitoring all necessary blood tests every couple of months. I have also started an exercise regimen. One mile jog every other day and dumbbell lifting on alternate days. Its only been 5 weeks but man, what a difference! My testosterone at 58 years is quite low (4.6) and I am starting on low dosage of testosterone cypionate! I can't wait for my next blood test results. I am getting the following tests:

Free and total testosterone

Dehydrotestosterone

Hba1c (for glucose, just got on metformin)

Ultra sensitive estradiol

CBC

PSA

If life ext canhelp me out with a blood test requisition it would be much appreciated.

If anyone wouldlike to share their experience or have feedback I surely welcome it.
