The Collector's Edition 2014 article on overcooking meat and grains, and the cruciferous vegetable chemicals I3C and Chlorophyllin that counter the effect on page 7 states "Most Life Extension members already obtain these nutrients in supplement formulas they take with meals."  Given this statement I would expect LEF Mix to have Indole-3-Carbinol since it has the broccoli extract.  After inspecting the ingredients of LEF Mix I do not see it listed explicitly.

Most Life Extension members use more than the basic foundation supplement, Life Extension Mix. Triple Action Cruciferous Vegetable Extracthttp://www.lef.org/Vitamins-Supplements/Item01468/Triple-Action-Cruciferous-Vegetable-Extract.html

provides a potent dose of I3C.
