I just started taking Super Zeaxanthin with Lutein, Meso-Zeaxanthin Plus Astaxanthin and C3G  (one soft-gel) daily, to see if it improves my eye strain (computer user, in front of the monitor for 8-10 hours every day).

Can anyone else provide their thoughts how they feel after taking this product?  I've been on it for about 2 weeks, it's difficult to say if there is any difference.  But have been wondering if I should try two soft-gels daily.

I am the same heavy computer user and found so far beneficial using this supplement since a couple of years (not yet the version with C3G though). Generally, less strain, less usage of glasses, better night vision. I think with supplements effects might be seen in the long term, likely good, hopefully not bad!

I have taken that supplement and not noticed any improvement.  However, when my husband and I started taking 8 mg of astaxanthin a couple of years ago, we both noticed improved vision within a few weeks.  He had to change his "readers" down one level, and I had my prescription change.

I have lyme disease and lyme spirochetes like ocular fluid which have caused my a lot of frightening eye problems.  After trying a quite a few different eye supplements, my favorite one is Sight Power by Life Advantage.  I order it from azurestandard.com but otherwise am not sure where to get it.
