I want to recommend LEF's product Optimized Saffron.

So many complicated reasons for not being able to lose as much weight as one aspires too. This product actually stops hunger pangs.

I highly recommend this product. ONLY if your mental and emotional systems are aligned for a weight loss program, then take one twice a day for optimal results.

You will be wasting your money if you are eating only for emotional reasons and have not engaged your intellect.

If you are having a good day and want to have a day of reducing the amount of food you are eating, take it.

It works for me in a most productive way. LEF Clinical Nutritionist

Saffron can help with emotional eating, whether or not you have "engaged your intellect." Smile

We believe people are fat because of portion sizes or lack of exercise, but I don't think these are the reasons for mass obesity.

In the 1960s most people ate until they were full, then stopped, but few had more than 10 excess pounds. In those days, if I ate too much, my appetite dropped the next day and I ended up with no weight change. Few people exercised and we weren't all working on farms or walking everywhere. I believe under the optimal conditions, the body can maintain weight without much exercise.

Why are overweight people hungry? Some people use food for comfort and that's a vicious cycle. But modern obesity is also a type of malnutrition. What is the body to do if it needs nutrients that are no longer in our food supply? I suspect it keeps making you hungry, so you might get what's missing in your next meal. You could lose weight if you can turn off the hunger cue, but you won't solve the body's root problem. Whatever you need and aren't getting will harm you.

It's hard to lose weight, so it's great when saffron helps, but it's unlikely that your body is demanding more food because it's low on saffron. Key factors are more likely to be basic health needs: good bacteria in the gut, stomach acid, balanced hormones, enzymes, vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids, etc. Environmental and dietary toxins are complicating this equation by increasing our requirements for some nutrients.
