Hi all,

Over the past several months my weight has gone down from 168 lbs / 76 kg to 158 lbs / 72 kg. I'm just under 6 feet tall with an average frame.

I can't really explain the weight loss other than that I have been particularly stressed out. My diet hasn't changed and I still eat like a trucker.

I did introduce PQQ and Cycloastragenol into my supplement regimen and I do wonder if they had an effect on my weight.

I'm travelling in the US right now without health insurance, but will be back home in a few weeks.

Has anyone here gone through anything like this?

Thanks!

Not me.  It is to be hoped that you have or will schedule an appointment with your physician to rule out hidden causes of your unexplained weight loss.

Weight loss may have many causes. One of them is dehydration. Losing 10 lbs from dehydration would make you fatigued and thirsty, with dry mouth, so you would probably know. Hyperthyroidism , intestinal parasites and cancer are other three things from the top of my head.

Depression can cause weight loss in males and weight gain in females.
